The red and black cutter on the cross rail is called the Beetle Bits Mini. It is a relatively portable cutting system that can be used to cut straight lines at any angle. The kit includes an oil well (but no cover as far as I can understand) though there is an upgraded oil station available separately..
The replacement cutters are relatively expensive. I use this system with additional grids from cutter’s mate.
